Jim Carrey stars in the role of Ace Ventura, a Miami-based “pet detective” who has an unusual ability to relate to animals of every kind. For the most part, Carrey spends his days searching for lost and stolen pets. But when the Miami Dolphin mascot turns up missing, the Dolphin front office enlists Ventura’s aid in finding the culprit.

With the help of Dolphins employee Melissa Robinson (Courteney Cox) and law enforcement buddy Emilio (Tone Loc), Ace searches the whole of Miami in an effort to recapture the kidnapped dolphin. But along the way, he butts heads with Miami PD Lt. Lois Einhorn (Sean Young). When Ace discovers that the master criminal is a former member of the last Dolphins championship team, he must uncover the person’s identity if he hopes to find the mascot (leading to one of the more hilarious sequences in the film, when Carrey follows around the former players, searching for a ring with a missing stone). However, the stakes of the investigation are raised when the same perpetrator kidnaps Dan Marino before the Super Bowl. Although stoves may seen relatively safe for most people, stove fire usually happens when there is a gas leak or when your stove has been left on. Most victims of stove fires are the elderly although there are also reported cases of young adults perishing in these accidents.

As most people would say, prevention is better than cure. This is the reason why a number of stove and oven manufacturers have come up with various safety devices that would make cooking safer and more secure. One such device that could help save lives is the flame failure device or what s more commonly known as the flame safety device.

Usually, a flame safety device works by controlling the gas supply to your stove. It has a thermocouple which, when heated, continues to stay open. A cooling down of this thermocouple can cause the flame safety device to shut off the gas supply. This way, even if you forget t turn off your stove, you are sure that there is no gas leaking out.

A variation to this flame safety device is one where the shutting off of the gasses happens as soon as the flame is extinguished. This type of flame safety device does not wait for the stove to cool down before it shuts off the gas supply. This is especially recommended for stoves positioned near windows where the probability of the flame getting blown off by the wind is especially high.

Some stoves and ovens already come complete with a flame safety device. If yours does not have this feature, you can get one at your local appliance store or from the shop that sells your particular brand of oven or stove. These shops and centers can also supply you with a replacement should your flame safety device break down.

This one grabs your attention right from the start with Part Of My Heart and doesn’t let go until the very last note of the very last song What We Believe In, which by the way is another great track.

These days itÂ’s a very rare CD on which every single song is good or better than the one before it. This CD is certainly one of those rare CDs.

Overall Destiny is a solid release. Quite possibly Jim Brickman’s best to date. Really spectacular from beginning to end. If you’re even mildly into Jazz music you’ll enjoy this album.

While this entire album is really very good some of my favorites are track 8 – Love Of My Life, track 10 – By Chance, and track 14 – What We Believe In

My Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 1 – Part Of My Heart. Great track!
